Alistien Simon

Alistien Simon is a Law Clerk in the Corporate group at Dentons in Toronto. She handles compliance matters, including EP registrations and licences, and business/trade name registrations and renewals for clients throughout Canada.

With over ten years of experience in the legal industry, she is experienced in corporate matters under the Canada Business Corporations Act, the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), the Corporations Information Act, and the Limited Partnership Act.
