Diana Nakka

Diana Nakka is a Knowledge & Legal Operations Lawyer on Dentons' Knowledge & Legal Operations team for the Canada Region, supporting the firm's national Corporate, Securities and Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice groups.

She works alongside group leadership to develop and execute knowledge management strategy, providing support on knowledge management, training and key internal processes. Prior to joining Dentons, she gained extensive experience in corporate finance, corporate/commercial, securities, governance and M&A matters as a partner at a national firm and as senior legal counsel at two Canadian banks. She has advised on corporate governance, continuous disclosure, regulatory and transaction compliance, and business reorganizations and restructurings.

Diana holds an LL.B from Western University (1993).

She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Governance Professionals of Canada and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
