Nicole Bruni

Nicole Bruni is a Law Clerk in the Corporate group at Dentons in Toronto. With over a decade of experience, she has prepared Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Amendment, Articles of Amalgamation, and Articles of Dissolution for federal and Ontario entities. She has also processed corporate filings through Ecore and the Dye & Durham Filings Department.
