Anoosh Loertscher

Anoosh Loertscher is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group in Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in Infrastructure Law. He works with private and public sector clients on corporate and commercial matters, focusing on infrastructure and public-private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and venture capital transactions.

Anoosh advises clients on the development, construction and operation of projects across transportation, energy and healthcare sectors. He advised the Montréal Port Authority on securing CA$1.16 billion in financing from the Canada Infrastructure Bank for the Contrecœur container terminal expansion project, advised the founding shareholders of Enovum Data Centers on the CA$62.8 million sale of the company to Bit Digital, and advises Transport Canada on the proposed High Frequency Rail project between Toronto and Quebec City. He is also part of Dentons Canada's national practice group focused on lithium‑ion batteries and battery storage, and co-edits the Batteries & EVs Bulletin.

Anoosh holds a BCL/JD from McGill University (2019), a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto (2016), and a B.A. in History from McGill University (2014). He also holds a Certificate in Construction Law from Osgoode Hall Law School (2024).
