Audréanne Poulin

Audréanne Poulin is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group in Dentons' Montréal office, focusing on infrastructure and public-private partnerships (PPP), as well as mergers and acquisitions, financing and venture capital.

She advises public and private sector clients on all aspects of infrastructure and PPP projects across transportation, social infrastructure and energy sectors. Notable matters include advising Public Services and Procurement Canada on the Alexandra Bridge Replacement Project (a progressive design-build procurement); advising a consortium on the design and construction of a new high school, the first progressive design-build project procured by the Société québécoise des infrastructures; advising the design-builder for the Apuiat Windfarm (a 204 MW wind farm); and advising Transport Canada on the High Frequency Rail project. She also advises on corporate transactions, including advising the founders of EBOX inc. on its sale to Bell Canada and advising Eski Inc. on the sale of its KLIK division to Bizzabo Ltd.

Audréanne holds an LL.B from the Université de Montréal (2020), a B.Sc. in International Studies from the Université de Montréal (2018), and a Certificate in Public-Private Partnership Law and Practice from Osgoode Hall Law School (2023). She was called to the Québec Bar in 2021.

She is recognized by The Legal 500 Canada for Infrastructure projects.
