Ilan Dunsky is a Partner in Dentons' Montréal office and National Co-Chair of the Infrastructure and PPP group, specialising in Infrastructure Law. He represents domestic and international clients in the development of infrastructure, public-private partnerships and project finance, particularly in the energy, transportation and health sectors, and advises governments and government agencies on the procurement of major projects globally.
Ilan is dual-qualified in Civil Law and Common Law, and is a member of both the New York and Quebec Bars. He has advised on numerous landmark projects, including the Alexandra Bridge Replacement Project connecting Ottawa and Gatineau, the Alto High Speed Rail Project, the Ontario Line Subway, the REM automated light rail system in Montreal, the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence Corridor (Champlain Bridge replacement), and the Bogotá Metro. He has also advised on international projects, including the Cap Haitien Port Rehabilitation Project in Haiti and the Peru Schools Project.
