Mathilde Carrière is a Partner in the Montréal office, practicing in the firm's Infrastructure Law and Construction groups. She is one of the leaders of the Montreal office infrastructure and public-private partnership practice and of Dentons' Construction group in Canada, focusing her practice on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in the energy, manufacturing, and transportation sectors.

Ms. Carrière has acted as lead counsel for public authorities on major infrastructure projects, including the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence River (Champlain Bridge) project (approximately CA$4.24 billion) and the Turcot Interchange project (approximately CA$3 billion). She represents private and public owners, construction companies, engineering firms, and suppliers, advising on risk analysis and negotiating PPP and turnkey contracts, EPC and EPCM agreements, as well as project management, engineering, construction, and procurement contracts. She has been involved in projects in mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, pulp and paper, and other sectors. She also counsels clients on partnership and joint venture projects, acquisitions, and investments, and has advised on venture capital fund formations and private equity investments.

Mathilde holds an LLB from Université de Montréal (1986) and a BComm from Concordia University (1983). She is a member of the Québec Bar and the Canadian Bar Association. She has served on the Board of Directors of Investissement Québec and Réseau Capital, and is a member of the Infrastructures, Transport and Logistics Committee of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Quebec.
