Anthony Rudman

Anthony Rudman is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Montréal, focusing on corporate, commercial and construction litigation as well as sports law.

He has experience managing and conducting litigation before arbitral and judicial courts, including before the Québec Court of Appeal. In construction law, he represents public and private owners, contractors and suppliers on matters involving all facets of the construction industry, including public-private partnerships. In corporate law, he has advised investment dealer and mutual fund representatives in multi‑million dollar litigation involving securities regulation and financial services distribution. He also advises financial institutions on fraud, asset recovery and urgent proceedings such as seizures before judgment and injunctions. In sports law, he advises promoters, professional athletes and stakeholders on promotional, sponsorship, licensing and broadcasting agreements, as well as doping matters, with particular expertise in professional boxing.

Anthony holds an LL.B from the Université de Montréal (2013).

He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for Corporate and Commercial Litigation and is listed on Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under list of top litigators.
