Christy J. Lee

Christy J. Lee is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She maintains a litigation practice focused on complex regulatory and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of confidence, professional liability and administrative tribunal matters.

Christy has represented multinational and regional clients before all levels of court in Alberta and in regulatory matters involving the Alberta Surface Rights Board, the Law Society of Alberta, Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and Ontario, and the Alberta Insurance Councils Appeal Board. A persuasive advocate with a deep understanding of her clients' business realities, she provides pragmatic litigation solutions to address their strategic objectives. Prior to joining Dentons, she maintained a general litigation practice at a full-service regional firm.

Christy holds a J.D. and an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the McCarthy Tétrault award for placing second in her graduating class during her second year. She also holds a B.A. from Dalhousie University. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
