Gregory Parth

Gregory Parth is an Associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, based in the Calgary office, practicing in Dispute Resolution. He maintains a broad corporate, commercial, and civil litigation practice, including contractual disputes, construction disputes, product liability, insurance defence, and personal injury defence. He also has experience with Norwich orders and Mareva injunctions.

Prior to joining Dentons as an associate, Gregory was a summer student and articling student at the Firm. He previously worked as a summer law student at an intellectual property boutique.

He holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University (2024), where he won first place in the BC Law Schools Moot and received the Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella Prize and the Law Foundation of BC Public Interest Award, and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta (2021). He is a volunteer lawyer with the Calgary Community Court, the Court Assistance Program, and the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project.
