Diana Doracin

Diana Doracin is an Associate in the Real Estate group at Dentons in Toronto, specializing in Real Estate Law. Her practice focuses on advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, as well as land use planning and development matters.

Diana has experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including complex commercial and residential developments, property acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial leasing. She advises developers, institutional investors, and private clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and land use planning, including navigating regulatory approvals and municipal requirements.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (2018, 2020), and a B.A. from the University of Guelph (2015). She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2021.
