Danielle Mallozzi

Danielle Mallozzi is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate group at Dentons Toronto, practicing in Real Estate Law. She focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing, working on all stages of transactions from drafting LOIs to reviewing due diligence and assisting with closings. She has experience drafting various contracts such as development management agreements, sales and marketing agreements, and master services agreements.

Prior to joining Dentons, Danielle was Legal Counsel for a North American homebuilder, where she assisted with an initial bond offering of US$400 million and a CA$150 million revolving credit facility, managing and reviewing due diligence and acting as a lead point of contact for various requests. This experience allows her to approach legal issues from a practical business perspective.

She holds an LLB from the University of York (2018), an LLM from York University, Osgoode Hall Law School (2019), and a B.A. from Western University (2016), where she was named to the Dean's List.
