Emeleigh Moulton

Emeleigh Moulton is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group at Dentons, specialising in Corporate Law. Her practice focuses on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate and commercial matters, with experience across industries including cannabis, technology, healthcare, insurance, mining and energy.

Emeleigh has advised on a wide range of significant transactions, including advising Capital Power Corporation on its aggregate US$1.2 billion private offering of senior notes, acting for The Westaim Corporation on its US$250 million strategic investment by CC Capital Partners, and advising Energy Fuels Inc. on a joint venture with Astron Corporation Limited to develop the Donald Rare Earth and Minerals Sands Project in Australia. She has also acted for Sierra Metals Inc. in its successful defence against an activist campaign and advised Silver Mountain Resources Inc. on its CAD$26.45 million initial public offering and TSX Venture Exchange listing.

Emeleigh holds a J.D. from Western University (2020), an LL.M. from Jean Moulin Lyon III University (2019), and a B.A. (Honours) from Queen's University (2015). She joined Dentons as a summer student in 2019 and articled with the Firm in 2020-2021, during which she completed a secondment to Bank of Montreal.
