Emmanuel Fung

Emmanuel Fung is a Partner in Dentons' Real Estate group in Vancouver, specialising in Real Estate Law. His practice focuses on commercial real estate development and land use issues, with extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, permitting and development, financing, leasing, property management, and the formation of co-ownership structures.

Emmanuel has advised on a wide range of significant transactions, including the lease of a 110,000 square-foot office in "Hollywood North" to Netflix Animation Studios, the acquisition and financing of an industrial portfolio exceeding 400,000 square feet, and the development of a master-planned community in the Lower Mainland comprising over 500 residential units and commercial components. He also advises multiple developers and landowners on CMHC-backed construction financing for rental housing projects and represents tenants and landlords in the negotiation of office, retail and industrial leases.

Emmanuel holds a J.D. and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of British Columbia. He is recognised in The Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch for Real Estate Law.
