Hamish D. Gray

Hamish D. Gray is an Associate in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons' Vancouver office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He represents borrowers and lenders in banking matters and commercial transactions, including asset-based lending, acquisition financings and real estate financings.

Hamish has acted for institutional and private lenders with respect to commercial financing matters, including conducting due diligence processes, negotiating loan terms and structures, and preparing loan and security documents. He has also advised on project-finance bond offerings, including representing joint lead agents in connection with a CA$336 million offering supporting a CA$736 million investment by a coalition of 36 First Nations in Enbridge Inc.'s Westcoast natural gas pipeline system, which was awarded Canadian Law Awards Capital Markets Deal of the Year 2026.

Hamish holds a J.D. from the University of Calgary (2020) and a B.A. from the University of Victoria (2014).
