Lukian Kruhlak

Lukian Kruhlak is an Associate in the Corporate, Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions groups at Dentons' Calgary office, specialising in Corporate Law. His practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, energy transactions and general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to law school, Lukian spent several years with one of Canada's largest institutional investment managers, where he built a strong foundation in finance and investment that continues to inform his work in capital markets and M&A transactions.

Lukian holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2025) and a B.Comm with Distinction in Finance from the University of Alberta (2020). He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
