Serena Sajan

Serena Sajan is an Associate in Dentons' Calgary office, practising in the firm's Corporate, Securities and Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions groups, focusing on general corporate and commercial matters, M&A, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance. She also supports the firm's Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group, providing estate planning advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.

Notable matters include advising Vermilion Energy on its CA$1.075 billion acquisition of Westbrick Energy Ltd. She has also advised on private share purchase and sale transactions across various industries.

Serena holds a J.D. from Queen's University (2024) and a B.Comm with Distinction in Finance from the University of Calgary (2021). She joined Dentons as a summer student in 2022 and returned for her articles in 2024.
