Myles Ross

Myles Ross is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group of Dentons' Calgary office, focusing on corporate and securities law with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance.

He works with issuers across a wide range of industries, including mining, renewable natural gas, oil and gas, technology, agribusiness, real estate and finance. Notable transactions include advising a leading Chinese multinational apparel company on a CA$50 million subscription for preferred shares in a Canadian apparel company, advising on a CA$350 million hybrid debt financing of subordinated notes, and representing clients on multiple reverse takeovers and going-public transactions. He also advises private companies on transactional activities, private placement financings, board governance and shareholder agreements.

Myles holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2017) and a B.Comm (with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan (2020).
