Irina Craiu (Ionescu)

Irina Craiu (Ionescu) is a Senior Paralegal in the Corporate/Commercial Services department at Dentons in Calgary. She has extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients on various corporate law matters, focusing on Alberta and federal incorporations and organizations, amalgamations, amendments, revivals, reinstatements, name and structure changes, dissolutions, reorganizations, continuances, cancellations, limited partnerships, business names, and other related documents.

Prior to joining Dentons, she was a senior corporate paralegal at one of the top 10 law firms in Canada. She brings broad experience in corporate commercial filings and procedures to her role.

She holds a Legal Assistant Diploma Program (Cum Laude) from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (2012) and has completed Alberta CORES Accreditation Levels I, II, and III.
