Maggie Sullivan

Maggie Sullivan is an Associate in Dentons' Employment and Labour group, specializing in Employment Law. She advises organizations of all sizes on all aspects of the employment relationship, including terminations, occupational health and safety, accessibility, and human rights.

Maggie drafts and advises on workplace-related documents including employment contracts, workplace policies, incentive compensation plans, and termination packages. She represents employers in civil proceedings, human rights complaints, and other disputes at various levels of court, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and administrative boards and tribunals. She has also been published on employment law topics, including contractor misclassification, pay transparency, and legislative developments in Ontario.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2021) and a BHSc from Western University (2018). She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
