Manon Jubinville

Manon Jubinville is a Partner in Dentons' Tax group and leads the Firm's Indirect Tax practice in Canada, specialising in Tax Advisory Law. Based in Montréal, she is a nationally respected authority on indirect taxation with deep knowledge of federal and provincial tax regimes, including GST/HST and QST.

Manon has served as a consultant to the Québec Ministry of Finance on the harmonisation of the QST with the GST/HST regime. She previously held a senior role at Revenu Québec, where she helped draft tax legislation and was part of the legal team that represented the province in the landmark QST constitutionality case before the Supreme Court of Canada. Following this, she spent 23 years in indirect tax at a Big Four accounting firm, gaining invaluable insight into the accounting aspects of sales tax.

Manon advises Canadian and multinational companies across a broad range of industries, including real property, retail, and financial services. She provides strategic guidance on audits, objections, transactional structuring, corporate reorganisations, due diligence and tax recovery, helping clients unlock significant financial value while ensuring compliance.

Manon holds a Master's Degree in Taxation and an LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is recognised in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Tax Law.
