Michael S. Sestito

Michael S. Sestito is a Partner and leader of the Edmonton Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He has extensive experience in construction litigation and professional negligence matters, representing owners, contractors and subcontractors in mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Michael has handled major public infrastructure projects, including pipeline and LRT projects, and represents a cross-section of professionals—including doctors, healthcare professionals, engineers, lawyers and accountants—in both court and disciplinary proceedings. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals in both provinces.

Michael holds a J.D. from Queen's University (2009) and a B.A. from McMaster University (2006). He also completed a Certificate in International Business Law at Queen's Bader International Study Centre (2007).
