Natalie Fang

Natalie Fang is a Corporate Law Clerk in the Business Law group at Dentons in Ottawa, with over 10 years of experience. She supports lawyers and clients in various corporate and tax law matters, with a focus on corporate maintenance, corporate due diligence, tax-driven reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies.

In addition, she assists with registrations under the Personal Property Security Act of Ontario and the legalization of documents at various embassies in Ottawa.
