Nikita Munjal

Nikita Munjal is an Associate in the Corporate, Securities and Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions groups in Dentons' Toronto office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with broad transactional experience across public and private M&A, capital markets and corporate finance.

Nikita has represented clients on a range of significant transactions, including advising Unitil Corporation on its US$55.8 million acquisition of Aquarion Water Company of New Hampshire and Abenaki Water Co., and acting for Atlas World Group Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Orbit Brokers and Forwarders Inc. She also advised Ownright Inc. on its US$3.26 million seed financing led by Alate Partners and Relay Ventures, and has acted for Paradigm Capital Inc. and Raymond James Ltd. as agents on multiple public and private offerings in the mining and resources sectors.

Nikita holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, both completed in 2023, as well as a B.A. from York University (2017). She articled with the Firm in 2023–2024.
