Philippe Décary

Philippe Décary is a Partner in Dentons' Montréal office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, project development, corporate governance and corporate finance.

He represents public and private companies, private equity funds and institutional investors in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, joint ventures, financings, and general commercial transactions. He also advises entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in establishing and expanding new businesses and investment funds across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing and services, e-commerce and technology, consumer products, agribusiness and food products, financial services, software and telecommunications, biotechnology, real estate, energy, mining and transportation.

He is a member of the Québec Bar, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Chartered Professional Accountants Order of Québec (CPA). He has served as a Past Councillor of the Bar of Montreal and Past Director of the Bar of Québec.
