Lauren Manoukian

Lauren Manoukian is an Associate in the Corporate group at Dentons in Montréal. Her practice has a broad focus on both corporate and commercial law, largely centered on mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and corporate finance.

She holds both civil and common law degrees (BCL/JD) from McGill University (2022). She joined Dentons as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2024.

She has advised on the sale of all issued shares of a client to Walter Capital Partners; represented a Québec-based international consulting services firm in its acquisition of an environmental professional services firm; acted on the formation and fundraising of a venture capital fund; advised a venture capital fund on its majority investment in a data marketplace platform; advised on the purchase of a design and engineering firm for utility-scale solar power projects; advised a leading North American glass distributor on the acquisition of assets from Driven Brands Holdings Inc.; represented a medical device company in its sale to a multibillion-dollar medical device company; and represented an oil and gas company in a joint venture and asset sale to a new corporate entity.
