Jenna Pace

Jenna Pace is a Paralegal in the Corporate group at Dentons in Montréal. She specializes in corporate law, focusing on transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, fiscal and commercial reorganizations, estate freezes, and tax planning. She conducts thorough minute book reviews to identify deficiencies and prepare remedial materials, and assists in preparing documents for incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share provisions, and annual compliance.

She has extensive experience in tax registration matters at both federal and provincial levels. She has worked with start-up venture companies from onboarding through seed financings and has experience with private equity funds, including setting up fund structures across Canada. She has practiced as a paralegal since 2017, working in corporate law firms before joining Dentons in 2024.

She holds an Accelerated Paralegal Technology diploma from O'Sullivan College (2017) and is a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals.
