Carolane Tavares

Carolane Tavares is a Paralegal in the Corporate group at Dentons in Montréal. She has extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients on various corporate law matters, providing efficient, detail-oriented legal and administrative support.

She assists in preparing and updating minute books, drafting resolutions, and maintaining corporate records in compliance with applicable federal and provincial laws. Her practice focuses on incorporations, amendments, reorganizations, regularizations, and dissolutions, ensuring that all filings and documentation are handled accurately and on time. She also contributes to transactional work by preparing legal documents and coordinating due diligence processes.
