Sabrina Mach

Sabrina Mach is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial group in Dentons' Montréal office, focusing on infrastructure and public-private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity.

She advises private and public sector clients on the development, construction and operation of projects across transportation, energy and healthcare sectors. Notable infrastructure and PPP matters include advising the Montréal Port Authority on securing CA$1.16 billion in financing for the Contrecœur container terminal expansion, advising Transport Canada on the High Frequency Rail project, and advising a consortium member on the Ontario Line Subway and the Regional Express Rail (RER) initiative (approx. CA$12.5 billion). Her M&A practice includes advising Hydromega Services Inc. on its acquisition of two hydroelectric generation facilities, CN on the sale of non-core rail lines, and Bpifrance Investissement on the acquisition of Maison Riviera. She also advises on venture capital and corporate finance transactions, including Telesat LEO's CA$2.54 billion financing and Series A financings for ChrysaLabs and Wrk Technologies.

Sabrina holds a BCL/LL.B from McGill University (2017).
