Vivian Cotterill

Vivian Cotterill is a Paralegal in the Corporate department at Dentons in Calgary. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and analyzing securities and regulatory related transactions for reporting and private issuers, including continuous disclosure filings and other prescribed securities related documents with a client service focus. This includes stock exchange submissions, private placements, annual general meeting proxy materials, news releases, material change reports, and reports of exempt distribution. She also works on corporate minute book documentation, correspondence, and other legal documents, agreements, and related supporting documentation as required.

Prior to joining Dentons, she was a securities law paralegal at a large global law firm in Calgary for 25 years.

She holds a Legal Assistants Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (1978) and completed General Studies at Medicine Hat College (1977).
