Alice Mihailescu

Alice Mihailescu is a Senior Associate in Dentons Ottawa's Real Estate group and a member of the municipal, land use planning and development law group, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her practice focuses on municipal law, including land use planning, expropriation, real property disputes, and municipal tax assessment. She has experience advising developers, homeowners, and municipalities throughout all stages of the development process.

Leveraging her extensive advocacy background, Alice has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, along with various administrative tribunals. She routinely represents clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal and actively participates in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.

Alice holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2019) and a BBA from York University's Schulich School of Business (2016). She is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Canadian Property Tax Association and the Ontario Expropriation Association.
