Conor McCarthy

Conor McCarthy is an Associate in Dentons Ottawa's Real Estate group and a member of the municipal, land use planning and development law group, specialising in Real Estate Law. He helps clients resolve issues involving real property, and his practice incorporates both civil litigation and administrative law.

Conor has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, Ontario Land Tribunal and Licence Appeal Tribunal. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. In law school, he was a senior editor of the Ottawa Law Review and a research assistant to a Canadian Research Chair.

Conor holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2023) and a B.A. from McGill University (2014). He is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association.
