Kelly Duquette

Kelly Duquette is a Senior Associate in Dentons Ottawa's Real Estate group and a member of the municipal, land use planning and development law group, specialising in Real Estate Law. She specializes in municipal law, particularly in land use planning, expropriation, and municipal tax assessment, navigating clients through development disputes, by-law interpretation and planning issues.

Kelly engages with all aspects of the development industry, representing developers, municipalities and community organizations. She holds a J.D. (2019) and a B.A. (2016) from the University of Ottawa.

Beyond her legal practice, Kelly serves as a youth representative on the Métis Nation of Ontario Youth Council, currently in her third term. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Ontario Expropriation Association and the Indigenous Bar Association.
