Ashley Piotto

Ashley Piotto is a Law Clerk in the Corporate group at Dentons in Toronto, with over a decade of experience supporting lawyers and clients in corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations, and general corporate governance. She brings extensive knowledge in both general and transactional corporate matters, working with clients across a wide range of industries, such as health, energy, finance, and engineering.

Her expertise covers all aspects of corporate law, including formations and organizations, due diligence and minute book reviews, share and asset sales and purchases, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, limited partnerships, and rollovers. She is also skilled in preparing closing agendas and checklists for various corporate transactions. Additionally, she has experience in competition and franchising law, as well as assisting on files involving mortgage securitization and Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario licenses.

She holds a Law Clerk Diploma with Honours from Humber College and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
