Cassandra Federico

Cassandra Federico is an Associate in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group in Dentons' Vancouver office, specialising in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, advising companies, institutional lenders, monitors and trustees on proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA).

Cassandra holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia's Allard School of Law (2023), where she served as Editor-in-Chief (Administrative) of the UBC Law Review, and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia. She completed her articles at a large national firm and previously worked for a property developer and at a large credit union.
