Sherryl Dubo

Sherryl Dubo is Counsel with the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group in Dentons' Vancouver office, specialising in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. She provides comprehensive legal counsel to financial institutions and insolvency professionals, with expertise in commercial insolvency, foreclosures and personal property security realisation in complex recovery matters.

Sherryl regularly represents Canadian chartered banks, credit unions and private lenders in respect of creditors' remedies and enforcement matters, and has extensive experience in receiverships and proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, including acting for receivers and licensed insolvency trustees. She has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. Prior to joining Dentons, Sherryl was a partner at McMillan Dubo Law Group in Kamloops.

Sherryl holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (1998) and a B.A. (Advanced) from the University of Manitoba (1994).
