Chloe Ducluzeau

Chloe Ducluzeau is an Associate in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group in Dentons' Vancouver office, specialising in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. Her practice focuses on corporate restructurings, receiverships and debt recovery matters.

Chloe joined Dentons as an associate in 2024 following her clerkship at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, where she clerked for six justices. She began her career with the firm as a summer student in 2021. While at law school, she worked as a research assistant for Professor Gerry Ferguson, contributing to scholarship in global corruption and criminal law.

Chloe holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2023) and a B.A. in Art History from McGill University (2019), and previously worked at a museum. She is a recipient of the Wootton Scholarship in Law (2021).
