Notable matters include advising a major South Korean asset manager on a $494 million joint venture acquisition of a majority interest in a 2.8 million square foot fulfillment centre; advising a global investment bank on a US$2.1 billion issuance in net lease mortgage notes; advising Dow Inc. on the US$315 million sale of rail infrastructure assets; and advising a major North American energy delivery company on the CA$200 million sale of a major merchant transmission line.
