Corry A. Clark

Corry A. Clark is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Dentons' Vancouver office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and arbitration with a particular emphasis on commercial, corporate and real estate disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and corporate governance advice to directors and officers.

Corry frequently represents shareholders and directors of owner-operated businesses, as well as individuals involved in disputes relating to land and real estate, including matters involving certificates of pending litigation, building schemes and commercial leases. She has appeared as lead counsel in all levels of court in British Columbia and has experience in matters involving injunctions, preservation orders, special costs and stays of proceedings. She also has experience in elder law and a particular interest in acting for prospective patients in committeeship proceedings.

Corry holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (2000). She has served as President of the Surrey Bar Association (2016–2017) and has been a Director since 2011.
