Samuel Kim

Samuel Kim is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Vancouver office and a member of the Construction, Infrastructure and PPP and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He maintains a construction disputes practice focused on representing and advising clients involved in the construction of infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects.

Samuel has experience with disputes involving construction contracts, negligent design and construction, project delays and builders liens. He also has experience in judicial review proceedings, oppression claims and product liability matters, and advocates for clients at all levels of Canadian courts and within regulatory, administrative and alternative dispute resolution forums. Prior to joining Dentons, he was an associate at a global law firm where he developed a broad litigation practice serving clients in the construction, engineering, architecture, insurance, finance and manufacturing industries.

Samuel holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2019) and a B.Sc. in Human Biology and Cell and Systems Biology from the University of Toronto (2014).
