Jaclyn D. Vanstone

Jaclyn D. Vanstone is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons in Vancouver, specializing in Dispute Resolution. Her commercial litigation practice focuses on class actions and construction disputes, acting for major multinational corporations, natural resource companies, transportation companies, developers, and e‑commerce clients.

Jaclyn has represented clients in complex class actions, including acting for the plaintiffs in claims arising from the use of JUUL e‑cigarettes, alleged defects in Philips CPAP machines, and claims related to birth control products. She has also represented families, survivors, and first responders in the Humboldt Broncos class action. In construction disputes, she has acted for owners, general contractors, and subcontractors on negligence claims, delay claims, defects, and builders' liens. She has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and has significant experience in dispute avoidance, risk mitigation, mediation, and arbitration.

She holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University (2017) and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia (2013). She was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2018.
