Morgan L. Camley, KC

Morgan L. Camley, KC is a Partner, leader of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group in Vancouver and co-leader of the national Agribusiness sector group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. With over 20 years of experience, she represents clients in complex commercial litigation, agribusiness, public and administrative law, appellate practice, and Aboriginal law, as well as criminal and municipal law, in arbitration and court at both trial and appellate level, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Morgan has advised agriculture businesses in disputes with regulatory agencies including the BC Chicken Board, the BC Farm Industry Board, the BC Milk Marketing Board, the Agricultural Land Commission and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and has extensive experience defending clients charged with quasi-criminal regulatory offences. She has also represented Aboriginal organizations on duty to consult claims, resource and business development, governance issues, and First Nations housing and land matters, and has advised commercial clients in disputes involving partnerships, commercial leasing, defamation, mining, real estate and breach of contract.

Morgan holds an LL.B. from Queen's University (2004) and a B.A. in Political Studies from Mount Allison University (2000). She was appointed King's Counsel in 2025 and is recognised by The Legal 500 Canada, Benchmark Litigation, and The Best Lawyers in Canada across multiple practice areas.
