Daniella Bagmeijer

Daniella Bagmeijer is an Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Real Estate group, specializing in Real Estate Law. Her practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial development, financing, and leasing.

Based in Calgary, Daniella also advises on a wide range of general corporate commercial matters, including asset purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance. She holds a J.D. from the University of Calgary (2024), a Master of Science in Public Policy and Human Development from the United Nations University and Maastricht University (2017), and a B.A. in Psychology from Mount Royal University (2016).
