Jeffrey Coape-Arnold

Jeffrey Coape-Arnold is a Partner in Dentons' Real Estate group, based in Calgary and Vancouver, focusing on commercial real estate law with particular emphasis on residential and mixed-use developments.

He has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate lending, condominium development, leasing, and commercial and retail projects. He is regularly sought out for his exceptional insight and aptitude on the structuring of joint ventures and partnerships for complex mixed-use real estate projects. He also advises on a wide range of general corporate commercial matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, asset and share purchase transactions, and corporate reorganizations. His clients include local, national and international private and public developers, investors, landlords, tenants, construction companies, financial institutions, insurance companies and home builders.

Jeff holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary (2011), a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University (2008), and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Dalhousie University (2006).
