Derek Pontin is a Partner and the Calgary department leader for the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group at Dentons Canada. He has acted for secured and unsecured creditors, companies and corporate groups in restructuring proceedings, receivers, trustees and other court officers, directors and officers, and other parties impacted by insolvency processes.
