Stephanie A. Campbell

Stephanie A. Campbell is a Partner in the Corporate group in Dentons' Calgary office, focusing on financing acquisitions in a variety of industries with a particular emphasis on energy and commercial real estate.

She represents Canadian, U.S. and international financial institutions as well as publicly traded and privately held corporate borrowers, with extensive expertise in syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, publicly traded debt, project financings, asset-based lending, real estate acquisition and development financing, and cross-border transactions. Notable matters include advising Acerta Energy on a US$175 million private placement of senior secured Nordic bonds, advising Mullen Group Ltd. on its CA$400 million private placement of senior secured notes, advising Capital Power Corporation on a US$1.2 billion private offering of senior notes, advising Shaw Communications Inc. on the US$1.675 billion sale of ViaWest, Inc., and advising Enbridge Inc. on its CA$30.4 billion transfer of Canadian liquids pipelines and renewable energy assets to Enbridge Income Fund.

Stephanie holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario (1997) and a B. Admin. (Honours) from York University (1994).

She is recognized by The Legal 500 Canada for Corporate M&A, by The Best Lawyers in Canada for Banking and Finance Law, and by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Banking & Financial Institutions and ESG. She serves as President and Chair of the Alberta Dreams Foundation, a children's wish-granting charity.
