Ilan Levy

Ilan Levy is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Corporate Law group, based in the Toronto office. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance, with experience across both private and public clients in industries including cannabis, life sciences, franchising, and technology.

Mr. Levy has advised on numerous transactions, including advising Millennial Lithium Corp. on its CA$500 million acquisition by Lithium Americas Corp., advising Strongco Corporation on its CA$193 million going-private transaction, and advising Auvik Networks Inc. on the acquisition of a controlling interest by Great Hill Partners at an enterprise valuation in excess of US$300 million. He has also advised Motorola Solutions on multiple strategic acquisitions and Kinaxis Inc. on its acquisition of MPO for approximately USD$45 million.

Ilan holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2019) and a B.Sc. from Western University (2016). He joined Dentons as a summer student in 2018 and articled with the Firm in 2019-2020.
