Janice C. Pereira

Janice C. Pereira is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour group in Dentons' Toronto office, specialising in Employment Law. She assists clients in all areas of employment and labour law, including drafting employment agreements and workplace policies, and advising on human rights and workplace accommodation, discrimination and harassment, progressive discipline, termination and employment standards requirements.

Janice is a graduate of the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law (2018). Prior to joining Dentons, she articled and practiced at a prominent boutique transportation law firm where she focused on employment law and commercial litigation, experience that enables her to effectively advocate for her clients and assist with developing sound workplace policies and practices.
