Emily Kroboth

Emily Kroboth is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Labour group at Dentons in Toronto. She advises clients in all areas of labour and employment law, including employment contracts and policies, discipline and termination, human rights and workplace accommodations, labour relations, and occupational health and safety.

She has advised on significant transactions, including APM Global Holdings on the acquisition of Equus Workforce Solutions, including the Canadian business operating under the brands Agilec, Res-Care, and Brightspring Health, and KPS Capital Partners on its acquisition of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope Inc. for approximately $3.45 billion.

She holds a JD from Queen's University, Faculty of Law (2020), where she worked at the Queen's Business Law Clinic and participated in an international exchange at the University of Groningen. She also holds a BBA in International Business from Wilfrid Laurier University (2016). She is recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada – Ones to Watch for Labour and Employment Law and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
