Jasmine Der

Jasmine Der is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, based in the Vancouver and Calgary offices, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her practice focuses on real estate disputes, shareholder disputes, creditors' remedies, estate matters and defamation matters. She is also developing a commercial arbitration practice, including experience with appeals, applications challenging arbitral awards and enforcement of international awards.

Jasmine is called to the bars of both British Columbia and Alberta and has represented clients in courts in both jurisdictions. She has experience advising commercial landlords on tenancy defaults and enforcement strategies, developing defence strategies for defamation claims and anti-SLAPP applications, and handling estate litigation involving executorship and wills variation matters.

Jasmine holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia, Allard School of Law (2019) and a B.Sc. in Anatomy and Cell Biology from the University of Saskatchewan (2016).
